The wipers on my 95 C-4 coupe collide and jam with each other after only a few cycles. The local Chevy dealer recommends changing the passenger side wiper transmission assembly GM part 22038692. How is this accomplished? I've acquired a NOS part but lack instruction to complete the repair. Thanks.
