I have a 93 coupe. when I turn my wipers on, the driver's side hangs up on something. I have looked and looked and it doesn't appear to be binding on anything. It will sort of freeze, then pop loose. Any thoughts?

 

Probably the delay board in the motor itself. If not and you can't find any linkage binding, then replace the motor. [8D]
