A) I have a 91 six speed C4. the fans wil not turn on unles the a/c is on??? (B) How do you reset the change oil light ??? Thanks al!!!

 

Sounds like maybe your fan sensor/switch is bad. I'm not sure but I think the same relay turns the fan on when you go to AC as turns it on when the switch calls for cooling.To reset the change oil,turn the key on and depress the gas pedal 3 times in less than 5 seconds. This works for all the GM's I know of.
