I recently bought a "Newused" 2004 Corvette with a 18,900 miles two weekends ago. It is completely stock and I hope to make some performancemodifications to it with the forums' assistance. I absolutely love it!!! Unfortunately, I've met some "not so happy to meet the new Vette in town"... mostly Mustangs and little foreign cars - but I swear they started it.
Well, here is a picture of it at the dealership before I picked it up.
I am hoping to add some sound barrier or deadening mat this weekend - it just doesn't compare the the quietness ofmy 2007 Yukon. But againthe Yukondoesn'ttake-off like a rocket.

I should probably mention (just in case others are nearby) I am from Edinburg, Texas andI was recentlypassed up by a Silver and aBlack Corvette both possibly C5s - it was late night and it was a fast passby.
