Default Newbie data...

Greeting and Salutations to all you Corvehaulics!! Just picked up my first Corvette - it's a 1994 LT1 auto - 180K miles (OOF!) but it runs, shifts & drives strong - no smoke - no leakes. Polo Green II met. - (clear coat going away on the rear clip - Oh, well) Got a few tech. questions that I'll post on the C4 Forum. I'm located in So. Orange County, Calif. where the sun is shinin' and the birds are singin' - Just wanted to say HOWDY!

Good for ya'!

I bought a '94 today too. My second. A few less than 180k tho',... About 100k less.

Ya' gotta' learn your machine, with them kinda' miles. No reason to get one, and not keep it workin'. That means not rushin' a repair, too, in order to get a cruise-on when the sun goes down!!!

And buy nipple caps for your grease fittings. Once you clean 'em, to do a lube, without pumpin' in the road jam with the new grease, you don't want to have to clean 'em again!
