1976 body mounts

I asked this question in the new members forum on accident. So Ill ask it here. Can I replace the rear body mounts on my stingray without taking the body off. Thanks for any help

HI I HAVE A 75 VETTE A I TOO NEED THE REAR BODY MOUNTS REPLACEED..
DID YOU FIX YOURS?? I NEED TO KNOW HOW?
