Default Problem with Headlights C3 '77

Just took ownership checking over the car and found when headlights are on right turn signal indicator on dash stays on loose right front turn signal light and loose right blinker. Can this possibly be a grounding problem or possibly turn signal switch ? PleeZZZZZZZ HELLLLLLLP !

Default I'll take a guess!

Take a wire and attach one end to a good ground and touch the other end to the outside of the right bulb socket. If everything works OK with the jumper hooked up then you have a bad ground.
If no change then post back and we'll try the next step.
Regards,
PG.
