OK gentlemen, first off, thanks to everyone who had an idea for me, much appreciated..As it turns out my nephew was right, the problem turned out to be the ignition module located down at the bottom of the steering column..It turns out it was just getting old and worn out. Apparently this is a problem with GM vehicles on occasion. It took about 40 minutes to R&R...Thanks again to everyone......Russ
