i have had my car for about 7 months and the headlights worked fine until about 3 months ago. i have been manually putting up and down the right side. i used a test light and power is getting to the headlight motor and i took apart the motor and the gears are fine. i have replaced all vacuum lines. and it does not go up or down. i have it unplugged because when it is plugged in it is making a noise like power is going to it at all times. i am not sure if this would be a wiring problem or if something else is wrong. any help would be appreciated.
