96 headlight troubles, Out of adjustment I think..
My left headlight is aimed at the ground. I adjusted it a few times and it always falls back there. I popped the hood and found motor was loose and letting the motor pivot towards fron of car when flipped on.. Tightened the only screw I could find and it still pivots forward... I twisted the **** on top and set it to match the distance from hood like the right side then lossened and retightened it in that location thinkin problem solved... It still rotated all the way till touching the hood.... What am I missing is there a hidden second screw Im not seeing??? Thanxxx in advance....

Ohhhh Forgot to add... When the headlight makes it rotation and hits where it is supposed to stop thats when the black **** on top starts spinning round and it rotates to the hood...

I fiddled around with similar problems for about a year and then just caved and bought all new equipment - motors, gears, etc. (Ecklers, I think). That solved the problem. Looking at old to new, there was a lot of wear and corrosion/gunk, and what looked like stretching or distortion of some of the parts.
