Saw something about keeping the gas tank half above. Once it gets below half a tank, its starting to starve the car of fuel. Not a wise decision. Also when its cold, I suggest filing it up. Not topping it off but pretty close, so it wont freeze the fuel lines. Also, why would you want to run on empty all the time. Fill up once and keep filling it up once you use a little. Save money!! Gas prices suck. Gotta save anyway you can. Tune up helps too.
