Default Brake Frustration

I have been having some problems with my brakes. After the first 10 mins of driving i notice a problem with my brakes. At braking speeds of 25-40mph my brakes do not seem to grab correctly. They grind terribly to the point that it makes my stomach sick. However i took my 86 into les schwab today and the guys informed me that they could not find a problem. My pads and rotors are fine. I believe the problem to be with the calipers. Does anyone else have experience with this sort of issue?

I have no experience with brakes but just so you won't get upset because no one posted in your thread - here is a big GOOD LUCK to you.
