Electrical short
HAPPY LABOR DAY
Went out to take the 89 for a spin and the battery was run down to below 1 volt.The battery would not hold a charge, so I replaced it with a new one. Soon as I connect thepositve, the battery started to discharge. Checked the postive cable andfound voltage thru the ground on the engine. Read somewhere that it may be the solenoid on the starter? Any idea's before I tear into the wiring?
