Im really trying hard to get this corvette going! I keep running into troubles such as my headlights. My drivers side (when opened) keeps trying to open. The passenger side (when closed) keeps trying to close!!? We are under the impression that it might be gears with broken teeth!? Is this a possibility?

You are probablt right on the gears, since the motors don't seem to reach their stop limits because of gears. If the gears are bad, replace with the brass gear kit. [8D]

 

Where do i find the brass ones? How much? All i have seen are plastic ones through Ecklers for about $40.
