I have a 94 LT1, most times when i try to start it, starts right up; recently had the engine crank over for a long time w/no firing...seemed like it was turning over with no plugs in it, (spun rather fast with no compression). It will do this for 5-6 times, then starts like I never had a problem. 10 minutes later, same problem. Help!

 

Not that anyone was interested or helpful...the problem ended up being the coil, very erratic output, sometimes ok, others very low or nothing... thanks for all the help.

 

Dave,thanks so much for posting the solution to your problem! I couldn't help with the solution 'cause I'm pretty much a newbie around these cars. But,thanks to you,I have one more piece of information!
