what cam To use for 383 LT4

im new in this fourm, and sorry for jumping to thread like this.
I have a 383 with 195 AFR's, 58 throttle,
what do you suggest for a cam, and what injectors to use.
im running the comp 305, right now , i dont like it. i feel no power.
any hints, thanks. ...

you could put in some SVO #30 injectors, with an AFPR. for cams i would suggest hotcam, 305 like you have, or anything with intake duration 220-225 is good for street use. what ratio roller rockers do you have?? have you gotten a tune yet?

im running the 1.5 rockers...
maybee the intake duration is little small, because after adjusting the fuel pressure regulator,
it become better, but it rev to 5k, and i feel that some thing is stoping it from going further.
i think the solution is by either increasing the intake duration or adding more fuel by bigger injectors like you said.
yup i did that. but one thing i noticed in the sccaning tool, that the ignition adv, is varying from -15 deg -40 deg.

custom grind is a good idea. but i would also go with 1.6 rockers.
does your scan tool tell you if your getting knock counts? -40 may be a little to hot, but im no expert. knock counts will tell the story.

yes some times, it tells , and some times it counts missfire.
but the history of the cylinders are clear. I get only missfire counts xxxx.
only it happen one time that i got sever missfire, and it shows that on the history of the cylinders on the scanning tool.

i called the company that did the tunning, they said about the missfire counts it is normal due to the
camshaft changing, but only if there is no real missfire.
and about the camshaft i called comp cams, and im getting a new custom cam.
230, 236 / .576, .570 113 LSA.
they said it is the best for my applecation.
