ac problem

Default ac problem

having an issue with the AC on my 99 vette bought this 1 owner that was only driven less than a 1000 miles a year for the past 9 years takes a while for ac to cool
then I hear liquid sloshing behind the dash then water under passenger side, any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum.

The weak cooling might be caused by a low charge of R134a in your system.

The water sloshing around is probably condensate in the evaporator housing and you will need to clean the drain valve on the bottom of it. I believe that's located on the bottom side of the evaporator housing in the engine compartment. Usually looks like a piece of rubber tubing that's been smashed together.
