Has anyone had problems with the headlight motor? It runs for about 10 sec. after I turn the lights off. They both go up and down but the leftmotor doesn't stop turning right away. Is there an adjustment ordo the internal gears need replaced?

I have a 97 and the headlight motor was doing the same thing. I took it to my mechanic and he replaced the motor.......350.00! OUCH! I found out later you can buy a kit to rebuild the gears in the motor for WAY less money.
