Cat back exhaust - $800-1200, cold air intake- $200-400, dyno tune- $200+, headers- $800+. Thats about all I can think of.

Well, how big is your wallet? Generally, real, verifiable HP increases (dyno) cost about $40 to $60/RWHP. Example, CAI adds 6about 6 RWHP (don't believe claims for a lot more) and costs about $300. Headers add about 25 RWPand cost $1000-$1200 installed, etc. Superchargers add 125 RWHP and cost about $7000. there are no real shortcuts, except you can do the installation yourself and shop around carefully.

Bargain: buy a good CAI but whatever you find at a bargain. Similarly, buy long tube headers (SLP or Kook's for around $800), adda good aftermarket intake manifold (FAST, etc.) and high-ratiorockers, and get a really good (re-programming) tune. Total RWHP increase: maybe 45-50 (a 15-17% increase). Total cost, $2000.

Note I skipped the cat-back: they generally cost $700 and add 10-12 HP - noticeable but higher per HP -- although the sound is worth it.
