Default problem with C-5 horn

correct me if i am wrong
horn switch is in steering wheel in same cavity as air bag? the thing might just be stuck in the ON position
comments, and does the cover come off easilly, at lest enough to get some contact cleaner spray in the switch
the relay is good, and now am operating the car with the relay pulled, put it in and horn blows

hope i did not break a rule, but posted this under gen help also

mine was just the contacts , not the membrane
When I replaced the headlight switch , I cleaned them and it worked ( 4 years so far )
