new computer,new battery,new alternator. will start and run with jump but system will not charge while running. low amp about 8.5

 

Everything you described is new and running perfectly as you say but your system is not working and charging is not done then now you have only one option, and that is system checking. if you can then check your system charger related wiring and the sockets. I am sure problem should be there only.
