Front signal lamps stay on

Front signal lamps stay on

Hi
Have a problem when engine is running andI have released hand brake front signal lamps come on, they only started last week. Can anyone help? C5 Euro spec

what year,when did it start? my 01 will turn off DRL when parking brake is on then DLR will come on when brake is off. this is normal
