Hello,

I have a Buick street rod I built in the late 90's. I am using a Vette column from a 84 or 85 total.

I am installing a fiber optic light in the dash to show HIGH BEAM. I need to pick up feed for such, and need to know the location on the column connector for the HIGH BEAM. My wire harness says, LIGHT GREEN, but the light green wire I have found doesn't do the trick.

The fiber optic kit has three lights, and a ground. Two for turn signals, and one for HIGH BEAM.

Am I not heading in the right direction for this app? I could go in the engine compartment and find the high beam wire and hook in and feed back thru the firewall/cowl, but would prefer to pick up from the column.

I figured it out, I remembered that the DIMMER switch is on the left side of the column, and THERE I found the wire I needed.

I off and running, just having fun, FUN IS GOOD!
