Maybe my question was not too clear but I'm talking about removing the plastic logo from the center cap not how to remove the center cap from the rim. Must be my accent ... !!!

I totally understood your question the first time. I must have the same accent
On my '87 baby I used a VERY small flat head screw driver. They just pop right off very easily.
Then again I wasn't very worried because I was replacing them with brand new ones from MidAmerica.
They were cheap but what a difference they made in the appearance department[8D]
