Question Bias Voltage Fuel Pump diagnosis?

Hi all, I have a 2002 Z06 that had a underhood fire. I rewrapped all the wires as best I could and spliced any needed ones. Now the issue is the fuel pump is not working. I have performed the tests as indicated in the youtube video below and I found I have no Bias Voltage as indicated on my multimeter and the 12v test light will not illuminate on F/P relay pin 30 like it is supposed to. I guess these are grounding tests? I suppose I have a bad ground somewhere and/or how can one continue on to repair this issue? I have cleaned all grounds before this. Any advice is greatly appreciated. ThX all Brian

Sorry I can't offer any helpful tips but I think you're probably going to need a factory service manual wiring diagram to really trace this out.
